The U19’S persistent run of form in the National League continues today with a solid 4-1 away win against Alvechurch FC.
Bradley West earned himself a hat-trick in the first half with some clinical finishing from the forward. Great to see Miro Pais return to the side today from an ankle injury, which has kept him out for 8 weeks, but wasted no time getting back on the score sheet with a low driven shot into the bottom left corner.
The Racers dominated the ball from early on and regularly were getting in behind the Alvechurch defense due to the pace of wingers Tyrike Richards and Miro Pais, but couldn’t find the goal.
FP scholars will be disappointed not to keep a clean sheet and concede a goal so late on with completely controlling the game.
Looking forward to seeing the scholars in action next week against Mansfield Town FC in the National League U19 Alliance. The scholars looking to continue this great run of form into March.
