Last Friday saw Future Pro run their very first Specialist Coaching Clinic at Racing Club Warwick FC, which seen over 50 players attend the day from across the Midlands.
The quality of players across the Professional Development Phase and Youth Development Phase was fantastic.
The session was taken by coaches with vast experience working with and producing professional footballers at the highest level of the game.
The players were coached by Demir Vavan (Future Pro Academy Founder / Director over 10 years of experience working with Elite Professional Footballers at Academy & First Team level / UEFA Licensed), David Phillips (20 years experience as a professional playing at the highest level and 20 years coaching experience working with professional clubs at the academy level), Paul Reynolds (UEFA A Licensed GK Coach with over 20 years experience working in Academy Football), Rob Williams (UEFA A Licensed Coach Educator / Current Head Of Coaching at an EFL Professional Football League Club with over 15 years Coaching Experience at Elite level) and Chay Thompson (Professional Development Phase Coach at Coventry City FC).
There was a success story for the clinic with current U8 Oliver Pritchard being offered a trial for Wolverhampton Wanders FC following on from his successful Coaching Clinic.
Oliver has also been working with the Future Pro Academy as a 1-2-1 client over the past 18 months, we wish him all the best with his trial.
The Specialist Coaching Clinic will be returning in August and can’t wait to welcome you all back and see new faces at the clinic.
